How much time will this require?
District leadership roles typically require 8-15 hours per month, with some seasonal variation. The time commitment includes meetings, planning, communication, and events.
Many district leaders successfully balance their role with full-time careers and family responsibilities. Effective time management and delegation skills are developed throughout your leadership journey.
What support will I receive?
You'll never lead alone. New district leaders receive comprehensive training, access to resources, and ongoing mentoring from experienced leaders.

What expenses are involved?
District leadership positions are volunteer roles, but reasonable expenses related to your duties are reimbursed according to district policy. This includes travel to official district events and approved leadership training.

What if I've never held a district role before?
Every district leader had a first district role! Prior experience at the club level provides an excellent foundation. New district leaders receive specialized training and are paired with experienced mentors who guide them through their first year.
