Executive Leadership Role
As District Director, you'll lead the district executive committee in planning, organizing, and directing district activities. You'll support and guide division and area directors while working with the program quality and club growth directors.
Educational Excellence Role
The Program Quality Director focuses on education and training within the district, working to ensure clubs provide quality learning experiences through effective club officer training and educational programming.
Marketing & Growth Role
The Club Growth Director is responsible for all aspects of marketing, club-building, and club-retention efforts within the district, working to expand Toastmasters' reach and strengthen existing clubs.
Six Positions (Divisions A to F)
Division Directors lead a division of clubs within the district, serving as the vital link between area directors and the district leadership team while supporting clubs in achieving excellence.
For the Program Year 2026-27, District 230 would constitute six (06) Divisions. The geographical boundaries of each Division are mentioned below:

If you've served as a club officer or area director, you likely have transferable skills that will serve you well in district leadership.
District leadership roles typically require 8-15 hours per month, with some seasonal variation. The time commitment includes meetings, planning, communication, and events.
Many district leaders successfully balance their role with full-time careers and family responsibilities. Effective time management and delegation skills are developed throughout your leadership journey.
You'll never lead alone. New district leaders receive comprehensive training, access to resources, and ongoing mentoring from experienced leaders.

District leadership positions are volunteer roles, but reasonable expenses related to your duties are reimbursed according to district policy. This includes travel to official district events and approved leadership training.
